Overview

SUMMARY OF POSITION

To trouble-shoot problems, maintain the line and ensure that production meets the documented work order requirements. 

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   1. High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  2. Must have basic math and computer skills
  3. Be able to read gauges and meters and to make length measurements
  4. Must understand production schedules

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. A high degree of continuous movement and manual dexterity
  1. Continuous positioning and lifting of weights from 25-60 lbs.
  1. Standing 100% of time
  2. Detail oriented with an eye for accuracy
  3. Troubleshoot machine when not operating correctly
  4. Perform all Laminator machine change-overs
  5. Ensure all set-ups are correct prior to running orders
  6. Perform data-entry on SAP Computer System     
  1. Must make preventive maintenance inspections
  2. Continuous mental and visual attention
  1. Accuracy in recording required data
  2. Monitor quality at all times
  3. Assist in departmental programs of safety, housekeeping, and preventative maintenance
  4. Participate in S4 continuous improvement team meetings and projects
  5. Apply S4 concepts to work cells
  1. Perform other duties as assigned by Shift Manager or Plant Manager.
